With our Energy Youth College long-term internship programme, we aim to give 3rd and 4th year university students a strong start to their careers. During the 4-month programme, participants get the chance to get to know the energy sector closely by receiving trainings in both competence and technical fields. They also have the opportunity to see our power plants closely, participate in psychosocial sharing workshops and design projects.
