Most Preferred Companies, as Turkey's first employer perception research, was initiated in 2009 by Realta Consulting. The research includes 300 companies. Companies included in the research are determined through focus groups conducted with university students.
This year, 91,342 students and 39,533 young professionals participated in the online-conducted research. Announcements to students are made through the 3İK network, clubs, university administrations, and via email. The research, which measures companies' perceptions as employers, includes 74 questions under various topics, measuring everything from company culture to communication methods preferred by students.
The responses given by participants are scored in our algorithm and a ranking is generated. Factors such as being knowledgeable about the company, long-term working trends, individual/organization fit, and culture/personality fit are some of the critical elements that affect scoring.
As Enerjisa Üretim, we have taken our place in the List of Most Preferred Companies, Turkey's first employer perception research conducted by Realta Consulting - Employer Brand Management since 2009.
Thanks to the participation of tens of thousands of students and young professionals in the online research, we earned a place on this list with various projects we implemented, from our company culture to the programs we offer to young talents.
